A Big Heart AFH, LLC is an adult family home conveniently located in Lacey, Washington [MAP]. We are currently seeking full and part time night shift CNAs/HCAs. Possibility of overtime, but it is not required. Competitive pay offered. (We are 24/7 awake staff. No live-in or 24 hour shift caregivers please.)

Job requirements:
1. You must be able to
2. *Provide compassionate care to the elderly in a home like environment.
3. *Assist with ADLs
4. *Lift residents requiring one person assist
5. *Administer medications
6. *Cook nutritious meals
7. *Maintain a safe and clean environment

Required Certifications/Licenses:
Current CNA/HCA license (prior to hire)
Current CPR/First Aid card (prior to hire)
Background Check (upon hire)
Current Food Handlers card (by start date)
Nurse Delegation Certificate (by start date)
Diabetic Delegation Certificate (by start date)
2 Step Tuberculosis test (1st step within 3 days of start date)
Fingerprint Check (within 7 days of start date)
Dementia Certificate (within 90 days of start date)
Mental Health Certificate (within 90 days of start date)
Current continuing education (12 hours annually)
