Adult Family Homes are private homes licensed by the State of Washington to care for up to 6 clients. They offer long-term "non-institutional" care to functionally disabled adults and frail elderly. They do this by providing warm, loving and personalized care in family settings within residential areas of our community.

A Big Heart adult family home is a cozy home full of good people, good food, and good times. Our mission is to promote health, safety, comfort, and independence. Our residents enjoy living in a home where caregivers really get to know them. Here, they have a lot of freedom in how they choose to go about their day. They also have ready access to caregivers who are always nearby, because we are staffed with awake caregivers around the clock. Living here, residents really do feel like part of a family because we are family owned and operated.


How many residents are you licensed for?

We are licensed for 6 residents. We offer two private and two semi-private rooms. We accommodate married couples.


How much does it cost?

Fees are based on the level of care needed and type of room desired.
